She’s so beautiful. The bag itself is perfect. Packaging, also perfect. The only issue was that the bag felt a little dry when I received it. But I don’t think that’s anyone fault. It was probably sitting fully packaged for a while before I bought it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED Packed horribly. Basically thrown in an Amazon box. Leather marred. Doesn't even smell like leather, must have sat on a shelf for a very long time. Leather is dried out. This is a really nice handbag, I wanted a bag in maple from Coach and I am glad I chose the Empire Carry All 34. Spacious interior and I appreciate the key leash on the inside of the bag. The leather is very nice and the crinkle effect of the leather really looks nice with the maple color. Happy with purchase from Amazon and was able to get $50 off this color when I purchased it.
