It comes with a short leather strap and a nice adjustable long strap, as well as a dust bag. Only one complaint is that there is just one zipper pocket and it is on the outside. This bag came not factory wrapped. The price tag was cut off, dustbag was filthy, makeup stain on inside flap and inside compartment was stained too, back zipper is broke & is very hard to open, & leather around the zipper scratched. Clearly this bag was a return & was used. Shame on you Coach!!!
