Coach rarely ever misses, in my opinion. This is one of my favourite modern designs. Any size and/or colour of the Brooklyn is worth purchasing. The black is sleek and classic; I love that it’s slouchy but still structured. As always, the quality of the Brooklyn is near perfection. The leather is soft and the construction of this bag is outstanding. In terms of storage, I can fit quite a lot in the medium size. It’s got a lot of room to it. It’s definitely functional and the snap enclosure works really well. I think it’s a great value for the cost! I will say that because of the style, it sometimes needs to be reshaped after a little wear—it’s nothing that can’t be fixed and realistically all you have to do is stuff it with tissue paper or towels overnight and boom it’s not caving in on itself. ... show more

I just opened my package and was excited to see the bag. The bag has been obviously used very disappointing. Disgusted from the hair tie that was STILL IN the bag. DONT buy it’s a scam and waste of money.

Apparently, this is the hot bag of the season, so I went ahead and ordered it with some hesitation since it was sold out on the coach website and in store. I was concerned that maybe it wouldn't be authentic, but after receiving it my daughter was thrilled! It is absolutely an authentic Coach bag and it contained the dust bag as well inside (a previousreview I read said they didn't get one). We took it to the Coach store at Santa Anita and the sales person looked it over and said it was absolutely authentic. She mentioned how Coach does send out bags to third party vendors, which annoys the Coach store associates since they are sold out on the product in this particular style and color. I love the styling and size of this bag; however, it is very stiff and lacks flexibility. The stiffness gives it a somewhat cheap appearance. I would prefer a soft leather that can conform nicely under my arm when carried as a shoulder bag.
