So I got this for my t shirt company, nothing fancy. I knew that. Well I just started really using it a whole lot when it breaks at the base of the top arm. Contact seller because I’ve had this press for less than two months and he says I didn’t buy from him…. What a joke am I right

If you already know how to set up and use a heat press, you'll probably like this one. I found the instructions to be basic and not helpful. For example, 'Turn the pressure regulator to adjust appropriate pressure.' OK, what's the appropriate pressure when using this machine? Even a suggestion would help, or some type of indicator on the dial itself. Also, there was no mention using parchment paper on top of the HTV carrier sheet, so now it is stuck to the press. It'll come off, but it would have been helpful if that info had been included. Once I figure it out (by trial and error), I know I will like it more than the tiny heat press I was using. It's frustrating to try to learn to use a new device with such poorly written directions. ... show more

Temperature is off. I struggle to get one shirt completed. I have to set it to 400 degrees just to get a 320. Hopefully the next one I buy from the same company will work better

Its okay. Cheaply made. The screen is very flimsy and doesn't look like its suppose to sit where it does but it does and feels like it's going to break when you touch it. Also the top plate of the press moves way to easy and can not be tightened. Which sucks because it becomes uneven with the bottom plate. Not very impressed. ... show more
