Pretty good. I used them to make one of my Mother's Day arrangements. They're a regular white color, a little bright. Average size for foam roses, not too big or too small, and have no smell. Could probably use them for a lot of crafts but the stems aren't long so I don't think I'd use them to make an actual bouquet unless you plan on attaching them to a base.
