Not a quick repair on a 2005 Chrysler 300 3.5. Due to a bad gasket design I had to do the job twice. It was no fun. Cheap gasket with no support at the bottom in one area so the gasket is pretty much the only thing holding the water in one spot. Not a good design.

DEFECTIVE PARTS. I ordered part and it was defective. The defect could not be determined until it was installed and the engine started. The faulty part cost me a second labor charge of $300 (totaling $600 to have a water pump installed twice) because Matrix doesn't guarantee their product, they only refer you back to Amazon who will refund your money when you return the product. I ordered this timing belt kit for my 2006 Chrysler 300 limited, the water pump in this kit does not fit any Chrysler 300 after 2005. This kit is for cars prior to 2005. The manual inside even states for the 300M, the intrepid, and the concorde.
