Edit number 2 after getting a hold of wolfpawn and explaining to them the issues and a little mail mix up I've got the machine up and running again and just like my original review it is an amazing machine. I guess what I would say is know that they will get it right for you if you have problems with your machine. It just might take a few weeks to square it all up. At the end of the day I would recommend this machine to anyone wanting to get into the cnc world. It has part from machines 1k more than it is and when its running it's rock solid. Edit from 5 star to 1 star unfortunately the motor died in the first week got a hold of the company they responded super fast got a motor shipped out. Now 2 weeks in and the power supply has now died. I have sent 3 emails now trying to get a hold of the company to figure out a solution with no response on all 3. I know the email it correct because when the motor broke they responded within 24. Idk but sad because it was an awesome machine just plagued with breakdowns Absolutely love this machine. I was hesitant at first it only had 2 reviews and not much info on it but had the best specs of any machine in this price range. So I took the chance and I'm so glad I did. This thing came packed very well. The instructions on how to build it were very simple and laid out for you there is also a video on the USB stick if you are a visual person. I had it setup and going 30 min after opening the box. It came with a basic file for you to test to make sure everything was setup right and some materials as well as a bunch of smaller bits to get you started. I haven't came across one single down side yet. I'll check back in after some time running it but the initial impression are very good ... show more

    • Dead router but solid machine nonetheless.
Solid machine but the trim router was DOA right out of the box. Luckily, I was already planing on mounting a stronger spindle to it. The trim router went into the garbage. No offline controller, which is okay. You use your computer to control it. Accurate machine with good repeatability and a relatively level work surface right out of the box. Had a couple of issues and this company responded and took care of everything needed. This CNC is rigid and works great for a desktop unit and I couldn’t be more happy with it. I would recommend this company and product for sure.
