I LOVE this mascara and have used it religiously for a decade. But, this was my first time ordering them from Amazon and they were SO dried out, nothing like what I’ve had before. One was unusable and I threw it out and the other I’ve only been able to use for a month or so and will throw that out too. Such a disappointment, I’ll go back to ordering from Sephora

It’s always been great for me. However, the last two times I’ve noticed the mascara gets stickier and thicker in the vial, kind of quickly. I use a Qtip to clean just inside the top edge where the wand pulls through, and I wash the wand pretty often too. (Not a bad idea, anyway) I use a separate brush on my lashes right after applying. Sooo, kind on inconvenient! But it stays on my lashes all day and I like the dark chocolate color. I stand behind Clinique products. They’ve always worked for my sensitive skin and the mascara has never bothered my eyes or contacts.

This is absolutely my favorite mascara of all time and I have been using it for over 20 years. My 3 star rating is due to the length of time the shipping took for this product. The item was mailed by the seller and not directly from the Amazon warehouse. shipping showed four days. on the third day, shipping was changed to 10 days, at that point i ordered the item directly from Clinique. I have always ordered from Clinique but wanted to save a few dollars. Clinique shipped it free and the items arrived three days later. This item via Amazon ended up taking over 2 weeks to arrive and the seller did not ship until 10 days after the item was ordered from Amazon. I will never ever order from this seller again and will stick with ordering from Clinique directly, plus they sent me $50 dollars worth of free items to try with purchase. Sorry Amazon but you failed with this product.
