My kids new favorite, and I highly recommend it - IF you are handy. The rope is thick and durable, the knots are adjustable, and the anchoring is strong (I can hang on it as a 200+ lb adult). I added it to my kids play structure, replacing a swing that had come down, and they all now all want turns on this rather than any other activity in the pack yard. The only thing is - this came with exactly zero directions. I'm pretty handy wasn't a problem for me, but it is something others should be aware of. This is especially important because it is not a through bolt - but a compression one so too large of a hole will render it useless. A 5/8 drill bit worked best for me. To install, you'l need to drill a hole upward into whatever surface you want to mount it, about 3 inches deep, then push the bolt in. Finally, you'll tighten the bolt near the rope attachment, which will expand the compression bolt and hold it in place. I am still a little nervous as overtighening can strip these (though it looks strong so I'm not too worried) and undertightening can cause the bolt to fall out dropping the kid to the ground. Ultimately, if directions were included this would be a 5 start product, and if you are handy you'll be just fine, but without them I can't give this an unconditional recommendation. I would purchase it again, and hopefully this gives you enough information to know if it's right for you too. UPDATE - mine ultimately pulled through with the anchor from my kids after about 1-2 weeks of frequent use. I ended up going to the hardware store and getting a nut and washer the right size (only about a dollar total) and bolted it fully through to make it a stronger anchor. The lack of directions is a big miss, and I don't love the idea of anchoring in that way, but the rope and loop are still good, so I think 4 stars is still fair, though I did have to add my own part to make it fully functional.

We added this to our Ninja warrior obstacle course and it has been quite the hit! My kids will climb a tree and use this to swing from the tree onto the course. The braided rope is very and sturdy, and the knots are strong. It comes with masonry mounting hardware, but we did not use that as we just clipped it to the obstacle course line.
