Bought this for my highly active 3 yr old grandchild who weighs less than 50 lbs. They absolutely LOVE THIS trampoline. It's only flaw after less than 4 months use is the perimeter pad which has ripped/broken through at a couple seams. The product is not warrantied after the first 30 days but Crosslinks was very responsive and shipped a replacement. As long as the company continues this level of service, I would recommend this trampoline. My daughter plans to wrap the replacement with canvas or some sort of cloth to re-enforce it. The media could not be loaded. Love this trampoline for 3 kids under 5. My oldest is 5.5 and tall for his age but he still has a good time in there. The three of them can all jump comfortable together. If you are looking for a kid older than 5/6 I would say probably go with the next size up, but 5 and under I would highly recommend. Also not bad to put together, just make sure to read the directions completely before jumping ahead. ... show more

Assembly was rather simple and straight forward. It took me about an hour to assemble on my own. The powder coat from the leg supports shaves off if the metal pipes rub against them. There are hundreds of tiny metal shards from the cut pipes all over the box contents. One of the seems (photographed) came apart, but otherwise everything else appears to be well constructed. I scoured Amazon, looking for the perfect indoor trampoline for my autistic 5 yr old daughter. We settled on this one for many reasons, but specifically the zipper design for the doorway. Others looked more difficult to get in and out of, but the zipper is flush with the bottom of the net on this one, making it very very easy to get in and out of for my kids. The installation was super simple. My husband helped my bring the box into the house, because it’s VERY heavy, but I was able to put the entire thing together by myself after he left for work. FOLLOW THE STEPS FOR THE SPRINGS CAREFULLY!! It takes a couple of times reading this part of the instructions to really understand what they are asking you to do, but TAKE THE TIME to do it correctly. The springs were the part I was most intimidated by, but by following the pattern set in place, it was no trouble whatsoever. Overall, this has surpassed my expectations. My guess is that the reviews that mention tears or rips probably tightened the elastic bands around the net too tightly. Will update in a few months in regards to wear and tear. But as it stands 10 OUT OF 10 would recommend to ANYONE who’s considering purchasing a larger indoor model, like this one. ... show more

Just bought my 2nd one of these for the kids. First one we left at our old house after we moved. The Safety net works great, pretty easy to setup (under 1 hour if you're familiar with nuts and bolts) and it made it through extremely cold winters and hot summers without any problems.
