This is beautiful Mystic Blue they thought of everything when they made these Registers, it makes everything easier to do because the lines are wide ruled, great paper, but the hardcover with a gorgeous fabric feel is to me superior. Makes your financial duties again more enjoyable. Well worth the money.

Normally I go to an office supply store to purchase a large check register - it’s just easier to use than a small one; however this time I looked on Amazon to see what I could find. This check register is high quality with nice thick paper so when I highlight my entries, after they clear, it doesn’t bleed through. There is also double the entry space as the front and back of each page is utilized for entries. There is also a nice bookmark so it’s easy to find where you are.

I love this check book register. Pages are very sturdy, it’s so much easier to record transactions and not have to go back pages and pages of the regular registers. I write a lot of checks and this is so much more convenient.

Some of us still like to use check registers to record our purchases (including those made with debit/credit cards, which is pretty much everything). I use registers as a sort of mental tool to stay conscious of my purchases and bank balance. Banks and check-printing services don't provide check registers anymore - or maybe they give you one, which runs out quickly - so I recently went online to buy extra registers. That's when I found this register in BOOK form. OMG, what a great idea! And it's so nicely bound, with an attractive embossed fox's head on the cover, and a ribbon to keep your place in the book. This is SO much better than trying to keep track of a bunch of old registers in one's desk drawer. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I estimate a year or two. And then I can get another one in another color!

I'm old school with check registers and accustomed to the traditional ones that come with a box of checks but, I figured they are about to become extinct with the dinosaur after going to one of my local bank branches to ask for a check register and the young lady had no idea what I was talking about. They had them (not sure how many) but she had to ask her more seasoned co-workers. Otherwise, I would've walked out without any. Also, the surprised looks from bank workers that somebody still uses them. So, seeing the possible writing on the wall, I started looking for another solution and found this checkbook register. I was a bit hesitant because of the size since, of course, bank check registers fit in your purse better and they are not heavy. But, I decided to get it and like it better than the traditional check register. Aside from the fact that it's available in a color I love...rose gold...I have rose gold everything, I love the space to write. It must be age but, the wider writing space is a feature I love. There's a box at the top for the year and, I just like the fact that it's discreet. Upon first look, it looks like it's possibly just a calendar planner, not a financial ledger that screams, "there's money info in here!" So, I love it and, as long as it's available, I'll keep buying it when I need a new one.
