I never heard of boppy pillow before I had daughter 7yrs ago. Still remember it was 1 of my favorite baby shower presents. I always buy this to anyone I know having a baby. Definitely worth the price is a life saver. Soft and comfy comes in slot of cute patterns also. Great to wrap around your stomach to lay baby on or help give your elbow a rest and prompt up. Way better than the original Boppy! I have the original Boppy that I used for my first born 2 years ago and it never worked well for me due to having a long torso. I figured we'd try this one for my newborn after struggling for two weeks with the original again. Wow this one works so much better. Much firmer, helps get the correct angles with ease and gives more lift than the original. Also easier to fit around yourself and doesn't try to slip off as much as the original. My mom had one of these when I was a baby and I always knew I wanted one when I became a mother. The Boppy hasn’t let me down yet. I swear I need one for every room in the house and another for the car! It’s quite firm and provides almost perfect support so I’m not having to strain my arms while nursing my LO. The cover zips off easily and can be machine washed and dried, so it’s been a breeze to clean. I appreciate that the cover isn’t microfiber and I feel it’s plenty soft, as well. If you’ve been on the fence about which nursing pillow to buy, don’t hesitate.
