I am a stylist, and overall the texture and quality of the hair seem to be on point. The only issue I noticed is with the balayage. There’s a clear line of demarcation, and the color placement doesn’t appear well blended. The blonde/silver creates a stark contrast against the black, almost as if the hair were foiled back-to-back without proper blending. So I like the quality of the hair but that is about it. The grey/white is in very thick stripes and looks much more blended in the pictures and the grey/white starts down a lot farther than anticipated. Some of the pictures show it almost to the I-tip. If you want Grey highlights, this isn't it. Very dark in color and barely any Grey, definitely Not like the picture. Will not buy again. Sadly disappointed

I ordered 1 pack of the silver & black I tips from this company, along with 2 packs from 2 different companies because I have thick hair and I wanted the thickness to look natural to my hair and I also wanted depth and dimension of different colors/tones which I knew each company would be slightly different. This company has white toned silver high lights and the hair is light which is nice and it's easy to style and brush. I personally don't like the i tips and won't be using them again because if you don't place them right then they're extremely noticeable. I applied them myself which took a long time and I had to fix it multiple times because I kept noticing how many metal tips you could see. You definitely need to avoid placing any within the crown area (about the upper 1/3 of your head) and stay about an inch back from your hair line. I think maybe these would be a good option for people with thin hair because I don't think they looked right on my medium thick hair. I had to amend it to make it look right and make the metal tips less obvious by adding a weft of my clip in extensions around my crown area. Could be user error as this was my first time ever applying my own extensions but I spent several hours over a 3 day period trying to correct my errors and I still wasn't a huge fan. The hair of the extensions are great and I haven't experienced abnormal shedding, but I only wash 2 times a week, use dry shampoo in between, heat protector when styling, and apply some oil to the ends to prevent crispy ends, I've only had 2 of the I tips slip out after having these in for a month. I just really don't like the I tips but the hair is great and affordable. ... show more

They hold up pretty good with washing it different things like flat ironing and curling your hair. I haven’t put the 18 inch yet but I do have the 14 inch in. I’ve been very happy with these extensions.
