Making peanut butter may take some user practice to perfect. Since we use it several times a day, the motor noise level is better than five previous blenders (different brands). Container cleans up well with no need to unscrew the bottom. No more accidentally touching the blades, leaky gaskets or over-tightening! *Con's: LOW PROFILE FOR OCCASIONAL USE* Although the low profile model fits nicely under the cabinet (photo 1), taking the lid off or removing the carafe is slightly tricky. Since we use we use it all day long, it stays further out on the counter.
