I have tried a few different hands-free devices over the past year, and I wanted to see how this dual-action model compared to others I own. I have been testing it out for about three weeks now. The most notable feature right out of the box is the wide base. It feels very stable, which is crucial for a sit-and-ride style toy. I found it holds perfectly on tile or a laminated bathroom floor, but it does struggle a bit on anything textured. Once it is locked down, it really stays put so you can be completely hands-free without worrying about it tipping over or sliding away. The material itself is a very soft silicone that warms up to body temperature fairly quickly, making it much more comfortable for longer sessions. One of the biggest advantages of this design is the individually controlled motors. You get nine vibration modes for the main shaft and nine different licking or pulsing modes for the external stimulator. Being able to run them separately or together gives you a ton of customizable options. The lower settings provide a nice gentle rumble, while the higher settings are surprisingly intense. However, a noticeable drawback is that the highest settings are quite loud. If you share walls or have roommates, the buzzing noise might be a bit too obvious for comfort. Another thing to keep in mind is the ergonomics. Because the external stimulator is fixed in a specific spot on the base, finding the exact right position takes some trial and error. It took me a few tries to figure out the best way to angle myself to get both areas to line up correctly for the dual stimulation. Also, cycling through all those different modes can be slightly confusing in the dark until you fully memorize the button layout. Overall, it is a very powerful toy that definitely delivers on its promises of intense stimulation. The separate motors and strong suction are huge positives, even if you have to spend a little extra time figuring out your perfect angle and dealing with a bit of extra noise on the top speeds. Very easy to clean.

This is one for the ladies, with an insertable component and a licking/tickling component to also excite her button. Plenty of vibration, plenty strong, and plenty of modes--separate modes for shaft and licker, both, and you can mix/match as you like. You shouldn't have trouble finding a combination of modes that work for you and gets you where you're hoping to go. The shaft isn't a huge size, so don't look for it to be a particularly filling experience, but it does deliver strong vibration at roughly the right depth to touch your insides where you want them touched. And of course the licking is a more subtle thing, but it's also great. And in combination, well... fun times indeed. Just sit and grind and take it all in--literally and figuratively, both. I'll also add that the title says "thrusting" but this device itself does NOT do that. A bit misleading, so a star deduction. Any thrusting that might happen will have to be you working this yourself. This is silicone, pretty easy to clean, obviously cordless, and full waterproof. You may need to take a little extra time to ensure the licker area is full clean, but that's the only caveat with the easy cleaning. It uses a pin-based charging setup, and doesn't really seem to take too long to charge, and we were able to get several sessions from a single charge. This was listed at $30.99 at the time I ordered it, which could seem a little expensive, but the dual functionality means you're basically getting two devices in one, so I think the value is there.
