It's comfortable but was a bit too firm. I weigh 180 lbs and my hips sank down a bit too far. I bought a Niagara sleep solutions ultra soft mattress topper/ cover, and it fixed everything. It's now the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

After 10 years of a horrible and heavy all foam king mattress, we decided on these twin XL's and adjustable bases. WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! The most comfortable bed ever! We even had one not inflate as high as the other one, like the springs were bent or broken. There was like a 3 inch difference in the height of the beds. NO PROBLEM! It was within the 90 days and Amazon sent a replacement, no charge and no questions asked. Arrived on time. Package was easy to open but not carry so make sure you have some help lifting. I popped the plastic in it began to inflate immediately. It's been about two weeks and I can honestly say it's helped my back pain tremendously. My hip pain has subsided but mattress is not a cure but I'm definitely not disappointed in my purchase. It was very soft and not firm but first month the coils still held my body straight, but after a month you get back pain and hips aren’t too supported, i feel back pain every time i sleep on my side, i am 140lbs and i wish jt was firmer, it definitely doesn’t feel medium firm at all, so its not bad but its just not for me since i was looking for something medium firm and something i can sleep on my side sometimes ... show more

This is the single softest mattress I have ever tried. It has zero support. With my bare hands I could completely collapse the foam and springs so the top surface touches the bottom. When I laid upon it, I sank completely to the bottom and could feel the bed foundation. If you are looking for medium firm, look elsewhere. If you weight more than 150lbs, look elsewhere.
