For anyone familiar with Guillain-Barré syndrome... after a severe bout with GBS a few years ago, which left me paralyzed, when I 're-learned' to walk months later, it became painfully evident that the damage to my feet was permanent. Had to forget about wearing heels ever again, but even flat shoes and flip-flops are a painful reality. With these sandals, I walk comfortably without 'feeling' the pounding at every step. I bought my 1st pair of these Clark's sandals a few years back, and wore them out. I recently learned that this style was available again, so I had to buy another pair. My feet have issues that make regular athletc and dress shoes hurt my feet after short walking distances and for any prolonged standing, which result in misery. These sandals have very good cushioning & arch support in the soles, making everyday wear in the summer, or everyday wear around the house any time of year essentially painless for hours. The foot straps do not rub blisters on my feet at all. They have withstood getting wet before, and didn't shrink, wear out, stretch, or lose their original color or durability when they return to dry. The style of these sandals are nice enough for casual to semi-dressed up wear, yet comfortable for even funky feet to wear all day and into the night. I definitely would recommend these to anyone who wants high quality comfort, support, durability, and pleasant styling in sandals.

I have only worn Clark’s shoes for many years now due to their beautiful styles and workmanship and comfort. I’ve worn this shoe in a different color for almost 10 years and decided I needed a new pair so I got the new pair in the dark brown and they are very pretty and very comfortable. I did notice, however on this newer shoe that the soul is a bit more padded, but they fit beautifully and are still very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. **What I Love:** • Soft sole that's gentle on my feet • Light arch support (though those needing significant arch support may want to add insoles) • Comfortable soft thong between toes - no irritation! • Stylish adjustable strap across the arch - not your typical medical-looking sandal. Could even add some decorative touches to dress them up. **Areas for Improvement:** My feet pronate due to ankle reconstruction, and the arch area rubs slightly on the inside. I plan to add stronger arch support and adjust the top strap for a better fit. **My Background:** Eight years post-ankle fractures, I still struggle to find comfortable footwear. My feet are wide across the bridge with high insteps, plus I have Morton's Neuroma. Most "wide" sandals are too big overall, and thick toe thongs are painful. Barefoot-style shoes work best for walking, but many aren't truly wide enough in the toe box or don't account for pronation. **Why These Work:** These sandals are adjustable exactly where I need it - across the top of the foot. The adjustable strap makes it possible to accommodate arch supports when needed. The soft materials and thoughtful design make these a game-changer for my specific foot challenges. **Bottom Line:** These sandals are amazing for people with foot challenges. The adjustability and comfort features make them worth every penny. Thank you to everyone involved in bringing these to market!

I bought this new pair to replace my old pair (same brand and model) which I've had for years but finally broke off on my extended travel in Asia. I don't like to wear socks or closed toe shoes, even in cooler weather, and I've always liked this brand for comfortable walking shoes. This one does not disappoint--they fit well (with adjustable straps), feel steady yet light weight, look stylish (get lots of compliments), and the previous pair lasted a good number of years being worn often over many terrains. I expect this pair to last me a good number of years as well. The only minor complaint is that this new pair feels just a bit more stiff. It could be due to newness or just slight change in materials used. For now, I'm very satisfied.

In my 40s and I've developed foot pain, which has made it difficult to walk around in flip flops and sandals I was surprised to find when wearing these adorable flip flops that I don't have foot pain! The arch support they provide allows me to walk around without my feet becoming sore and fatigued. They are comfortable right out of the box If it counts for anything my labrador also loves to chew these shoes so much that I'm on my 4th pair 🥲
