These sheets went on tight and so far are staying tight. The fabric is comfortable and we love them. But the absolute best part for me is that they fit. We have a California King sized bed and getting sheets to fit it has been nearly impossible. The seams matched up perfectly with the corners of the mattress. The fitted sheet is actually fitted. The elastic around the bottom of the sheet pulls it together as it should. Then the extra corner straps have kept it tight. The top sheet is the right size for tucking and staying tucked. The seller immediately took action to make this right by sending me a new set. The sheets were well packed and protected. The sheet set is made from a material close to percale, yet still soft. We are happy with them. We appreciate the sellers immediate attention to take of us and will buy from them again. New sheets arrived with stains The sheets arrived in what appeared to be new packaging, however, upon putting the fitted sheet on our bed we saw a very visible stain.     • Top sheet is extremely short. I have to buy another.

Terrible! The bottom is soft and fits well. But the the top sheet doesn’t even cover the sides of the mattress. I tried the bottom then washed them, never thinking it would be so short. I have never encountered a top sheet so short. It would fit a double bed not a king.

We bought a new mattress about 6 months ago that has a gel cooling top that's silky for lack of a better word. We've fought since then nightly to keep our fitted sheet on. Every time we would roll over the sheet would pop off... seriously, I was up several times a night fixing the sheet bc I'm nuts like that.
