I've been using this desk for a little over a week with no issues until ingot up this morning to start work. I came out, booted my computer and went to raise the desk to standing height at which point the entire top of the desk ripped away from the frame and sent my entire workstation to the ground I am now out of work while I wait for a new computer and monitors to be shipped out, and have to also order a new desk because Amazon refuses to replace the clearly defective unit I received. I should also note that closer inspection revealed the desktop was missing a fastener intended to hold it to the bar that mounts it to the frame. ... show more

This is a very well made price. It’s very sturdy and easily goes up and down. I’m confused by the reviews that say it’s difficult to put together, as I fully assembled the entire thing in maybe 15 minutes. For reference, I’m in my mid 30’s, I’m less than 5 ft tall, and I have a serious back injury from a major car accident when I was young. I don’t workout and am pretty dang weak. I thought my husband would have to assemble it, but I got tired of waiting on him, so I attempted it myself. They provide all screws and tools needed to assemble this desk and the instructions are very easy to understand. It was so simple and I am pretty happy so far! Also, anyone saying the wheels don't glide easily probably doesn't realize one or more of the wheels are locked. ... show more

The desk top screws broke out of the chipwood/particle board before assembly was even finished. The top mounts at a small, square point in the center with no supporting bar and only four shallow screws holding it in. The screw holes ripped right out, easily. I'll keep the frame and use a piece of real wood for the top, but really disappointed with the design. Glad it broke prior to having it set up with a monitor.     • Pneumatic Pressure Lift Doesn't Work TWICE.

I really wanted to like this product. My first one came in, wouldn't raise. There was a manufacturing malfunction and it was assembled incorrectly. I reached out to the company and they were so quick to fix the problem- sent me a new one within a week. HOWEVER, this one was ALSO manufactured incorrectly. There is no way for the handle to trigger the button for the pneumatic lift. So now, I've had two of these and neither one of them have worked the way I need them to. I will say other than this- the quality is great. The wheels move super smoothly and the table top is the perfect size. My only complaint (other than the fact the penumatic pressure lift doesn't work) is that the table top is slanted. Either way, I'm going to have to just eat the cost and order a new desk from another company as this one will severe me absolutely no purpose as work. ... show more

Pros: 1. I got the wood-grained version and it looks like real wood (either is a veneer or a great copy). 2. Stable for monitor, notebook, docking stuff and my elbows. 3. Assembled easily as everything lined up and hardware seems substantial. Con (more of suggestion since i highly recommend this) The little "wrench" that is supplied is too thin to stay on the caster screw when installing - it slips off making a simple task tedious. I had to get a matching size from my toolbox that is thicker and it worked like a charm. The stamped wrench they use should be twice as thick (you'll see what I mean if you buy this). ... show more

Best desk I’ve had thus far. It glides/moves very easily. Has stopped on the feet when I need to sit. The height adjustment level is so easy to use and reaches high for my 5’8” self. Makes my work life much easier!
