Shipping was efficient. All four chairs arrived well packed into 2 boxes. It's sturdy enough but still wouldn't hold my husband (he is under 250 lbs), it just slides down as he sits down on it. On the good side they don't squeak. We thought the PU leather is black but it's an cheap shade of brown instead which still works for us, just wished it was a better brown. There are nicks on the wood as pictures show. I wonder how long they will last.

Great chairs for the money! They were as expected, look really nice & are comfortable. Assembling them was not extremely difficult but it did take a little time to do so. It was worth it though.

These stools are sturdy, comfy and best priced. These are better and MUCH less expensive than luxury furniture store stools, and I priced them all. The wood is beautiful and the feel is luxurious. The chairs looked great out of the box. As I removed the 2nd chair back I noticed factory damage/quality issue. Asked for a return, they simply asked if they could make it right with me by a discount. I declined and asked for a replacement chair back, they immediately and graciously said yes. Their communication was prompt from the initial complaint. They got got me the replacement chair back just as promised. Well done on their part with the customer service.

We got these chairs for our kitchen. We loved the look of it but within 6 mnth the chairs were creaking, and wobbly, and the foot rest bent out of shape. We bought it in November 2022 and by May 2023 we had to throw them out already. It didn’t even last a full year.
