I have been looking for a pet carrier for my cat since the one I currently have has become a bit too small. After I searched the products on Amazon, I decided to give CityChase a try. When it arrived, I immediately like it. It is sturdy and spacious, exactly what I am looking for. Last week, I drove to my parents and had to bring my cat with. The carrier fits easily into the back seat of my car. It has a strong mesh screen on 3 sides, so I could keep an eye on him easily. For the 6 hour drive, my cat stayed in it for the entire time, calm and relaxed, just like at home. As a bonus, this carrier has wheels that can be easily added on. Very verastile. I would highly recommend this carrier, especially if you have got a larger cat.

I have a fat 16-pound Siberian cat that I was getting tired of lifting when he's in a standard pet carrier. Too much weight to lift!! So, this rolling pet carrier is a lifesaver! No more lifting, which is great for old ladies like me. Now, I can easily wheel my fatso around when I go to the vet or the groomer. This carrier is well made from quality materials, but it came with absolutely zero instructions. The assembly directions are actually in the item description photos, so you will need to look at that. As with another reviewer who mentioned problems with getting the wheels to stay in place, I had the same issue until I realized how to do this: you need to push the black button next to the hole for the wheel, insert the wheel, then release the button to lock it in place. There are also 2 fasteners at the bottom of the fabric bag that clips into the frame, to hold the bag in place. The bag also has shoulder straps and an abdominal strap if you want to carry it as a backpack instead of wheeling it around. The canvas fabric is strong, and everything is stitched together well. The 2-way zippers lock together to prevent accidental unzipping, which is very reassuring. It's a great pet carrier that's high quality and very versatile. Highly recommended.

first thing I noticed about this is that there were no instructions that came with it! not a paper or anything. so that was weird. but I honestly didn't end up needing one, although it would have been helpful. the wheels kept falling off until I saw there were buttons next to the holes for the wheels, so I held the button, then put in the wheel, let go of the button, and then the wheel didn't fall off. I felt smart. it rolls very smoothly so I love that. it feels and looks like luggage, so I think this would be best for the airport if you're bringing your cat/dog. Both my cats are very comfortable in here. they love it. they do not love when I take them out with it, but it's better than bringing them out with a leash or holding them. the backpack isn't super comfortable, and I don't think this would be ideal for hiking because the wheels are pretty small and there is 5 of them. I think it's best for walks or outings to the mall. not so much for outdoors. I do like it tho and I think most cat/dog owners would appreciate having this

I have a regular pet stroller but when I saw this one I had to get it. The main reason is for my cat to see the world at the level as if she were walking. If she is stressed for any reason the mesh windows have a flap that you can roll down so she feels more hidden. There's three side bags for storing things which is a plus. This is also made so you can use it as a backpack with wide and thick shoulder pads and a lumbar pad that goes around your waist. I am unable to use this as a backpack only because I'm not strong enough to do so, but it looks like a very, well done and sturdy pack if you choose to use it as one. Personally wouldn't take my cat on a hike with anything as I don't feel my pet would be safe on a hike, not a reflection of this carrier just my personal preference. I also wouldn't take my cat walking through a mall as a cat wouldn't like this as much as a dog would, again not a reflection of the stroller, just my personal preference. A small dog would fit in this well and any pet being able to see things on ground level especially those that have difficulty walking would do well in this kind of stroller. It also has locks on the outside of it which gives you a sense of security. Anyone having difficulty carrying a regular pet carrier, as I do, this is a perfect solution for that!

This is great for our cats. I don’t have to bother with setting them down when checking in and out at the vet and it’s big enough for our bigger cats. Lots of open space so they can actually sit up and see more of what’s going on

I got this to be able to take my aging cat on 'walks' nearby - or on a bike, or on vet trips, and it is fine for that. But the frame is weak, the snaps and fittings are average to low quality, and the wheels look like they'll snap off at the first bump in the road. Frankly, for the price, I was expecting something a good bit sturdier, but all aspects of this seem lower quality than I'd hoped for. It will work for the use I had in mind, because he's a older, gentle cat, and used to vets and people, but I would NOT trust it for extended car or plane travel or for feral cat capture (a mean or angry cat could bust out of it in seconds). Really disapointed, I have to say.
