This is a lovely watch with a dainty face and a thin band. I have very small wrists and I’m used to resizing watch bands to fit. I purchased a watch band sizing tool to remove the pins safely. The band has directional arrows indicating the pin removal direction, but no visible spot to remove the pins. It needs to be taken to a jeweler. It’s very disappointing because it’s a beautiful watch, but I don’t intend to spend more at a jeweler to resize it, and I could not find any videos on the citizen website with guidance. Very disappointing. I’ll be returning it. Edit: revising my review from 1 Star to 4 stars… after lots of fiddling and YouTube, we figured out how to size the band. Overall happy with the watch now, but still knocking off a star for the difficulty of resizing the band. ... show more
