    • 3 Years Later: The "Set and Forget" Daily Driver
I am writing this review after wearing this watch almost daily for several years. If you are tired of changing batteries or resetting automatic watches every Monday morning, this is the solution. The Long-Term Verdict: The Eco-Drive (Solar) Engine: This is the real selling point. In all the time I've owned it, it has never stopped ticking. I don't treat it specially—it just grabs enough light from my office desk and outdoor walks to stay charged. I've never had to open the case back. The Wear & Tear: The stainless steel case hides scuffs surprisingly well. However, note that the glass is Mineral Crystal, not Sapphire. After years of use, I do have a few hairline scratches on the glass visible under direct light. It's not a dealbreaker at this price point, but it is something to be aware of if you work in rough environments. The Blue Dial: The color has not faded at all. It still pops in the sun just as much as it did on day one. One Critical Tip: If you ever see the second hand skipping 2 seconds at a time, don't panic—it's not broken! That is just the "Low Charge Warning." Put it on a sunny windowsill for a day, and it will go back to normal. [60] Bottom Line: It looks like a dress watch but works like a tool watch. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a zero-maintenance timepiece. ... show more

Excellent fit and finish with good build quality. Beautiful watch with really eye catching design, classy look, modern but not techy. Has some weight but doesn't feel heavy, and doesn't feel like it's there when writing or typing at a desk. Strap allows for both macro and micro adjustments, fitting just right. Strap closure is better than other butterfly closures, and stays secured, doesn't just open up at the lightest touch which I've had problems with from other brands. Dial scratch resistance could be better, already have visible small scratches and I'm not sure how I got them. Overall a great watch that I wear every day. ... show more

I have 2 citizen watches. Love them both but this one is so much easier to wear. It’s profile is so much more slim and hugs my wrist perfectly. Never bothers me as i type like my other watches. I hardly notice it on my wrist which is lovely. Its a very casual feeling watch. Doesn’t stand out that much. You can wear it with anything really and not feel like you’re overdressing your wrist (if that makes sense) ... show more
