It's beautiful, perfect size, hands are easy to read. I didn't take any starts away for me not being able to read the date. It's my old eyes, not the fault of the watch design. It's really a lovely watch, and I've received numerous compliments. I have a big boney wrist, and it fit perfectly with just a little bit of slack.
