I'm almost hesitant to leave this review based on *why* I needed these privacy screens, but maybe if you have a nosy neighbor who you know is trying to look through the slats of the wood fence between your houses, these privacy "screens" (I think of them more as super wide curtains) can be of help to you, too, in keeping prying eyes at bay. Due to the generous 50' length (that's a lot of feet!) I was able to double this screen over itself and provide even *more* of a barrier along the fence line. Grommets were sturdy/secure.

We had a section of wooden fence blow down in a storm last winter. We recently replaced just that section with 6 foot tall chain link fence. The chain link of course doesn't match the wood fence so we decided to try this, both to make it blend in better, and also for the privacy factor. I would say that it takes care of both of those issues. It obviously doesn't match the wood fence exactly but we are happy with how it looks. As far as the privacy factor goes it is not as opaque as the wooden fence either, but it is good enough for our purposes. You can see in the pictures pretty much how opaque it actually is. It was very easy to install, and came with the nylon zip ties to fasten it to the chain link. One thing we did notice was that the measurements were not exactly as stated. The six foot direction was a few inches short of six feet but I figure that is the result of the edges being hemmed. At any rate that was not an issue for us. As you can see in the picture, we attached it to the top of the fence and it is a few inches short of reaching the bottom. But again, that is not a problem for us but may make a difference to you. The length measurement was a little bit baffling. As you can see in one of the pictures, the mesh comes to a corner, and then goes around the corner. however, that corner is exactly 50 feet from where the mesh starts. We measured the part of the fence we were replacing, and it was exactly 50 feet. We bought a 50 foot roll of chain link and it was just right. But as you can see from the picture the mesh goes around the corner about 3 feet! That means that this roll of mesh was more like 53 feet long. The listing clearly states that it is 50 feet long. If it had been three feet short, I would have been very upset, but it doesn't bother me that much that it is 3 feet too long. We just took it around the corner and called it good, but I thought it was odd that there was that much extra! One of the pictures shows a close up of the mesh. We like how it is kind of two toned with black threads and brown threads in a nice pattern. Overall we are extremely happy with it and would buy it again if we needed more. It looks like it should weather well and last for quite a few years. If it doesn't, I will come back and update this review.

Well-made fencing material. We ordered the brown color and it looks nice wrapped around our carport, but for our use it really needs more grommet holes. Time will tell how well this fencing holds up through the summer heat and next winter—we’ll do an update on its endurance then. NOTE: The tie-straps used to keep the bundle together are pretty substantial and tight so cutting them loose requires a bit of finesse (don’t use a knife, grab a good pair of diagonal cutters to cut them free from the side where you can get around the straps and not cut into the fencing)

It was very easy to install. I zip tied the top first all the way down the fence and I did not make the zip ties tight. Once I go the top up, I went back and tightened the zip ties making sure to pull the slack out of the privacy screen. Next I zip tied one side and then the bottom, making sure to pull out any slack. I was not trying to make a drum, just get the wrinkles out. Everything was very easy to set up with the included zip ties. As you can see from the pictures, it is a bit see through, but you cannot make out very well what's on the other side. From the front side, because the sun is low in the sky, you cannot see through at all. Now for the BAD. What the other reviews say about the damaged grommets right out of the package is totally true. I believe there were about four or so that are damaged. Some of them just so happened to be on the line they folded it and so the grommets were bent there. Now, not trying to give anyone a free pass, but I'm not going to worry about a few damaged grommets because they'll probably outlast the plastic in the sun. I just don't feel like sweating it especially for the price. It cost less than a fast food meal. Over all, I would 100% recommend the Viscio fence privacy screen because it's a good product for what we want it to do, for the price and the ease of installation. 1.75 thumbs up for sure.

We wanted this for privacy from our neighbors as the trellis that the previous owner had was in extremely bad condition and needed to be removed. This fence is perfect and gives much better privacy while we are in the backyard enjoying our hot tub and pool. Made of great reinforced fabric and durable grommets on all edges for easy reinforcing. Very easy to put up and take down, folds easily for storage.
