These lights are a direct replacement for my 2018 F-150. Appear to be heavy duty, not plastic. Replacement is a bit tricky due to access, but they fit perfectly. Would recommend a trim tool to help pry from the front while releasing one of the lock clips. Nice and bright and look nice when off. Did notice a small amount of condensation in both lights two days after install. Not due to rain, most likely temperature change. Not sure if this is an issue, as they are vented, but only time will tell. So far, I’d say they are well worth it. Also note. I swapped out the high and low beam bulbs with LED’s at the same time. That way, all of the lights have the same color temperature. And because the factory headlights are crap. I used Auxito bulbs latest gen and am very pleased. PS I didn’t use the included hardware for two reasons. 1. Factory hardware is usually better quality. 2. If you use the existing nylon nut-cert and screw, the threads are already there so install is easier.

Exactly what I was looking for. As noted in other reviews, the toughest part of this upgrade was removing the stock lights. Here’s a tip - make a trip to Harbor Freight and buy a set of cheap pry tools (unless you already have them). From under your vehicle, remove the retainer/adjustment screw on the stock lights and remove the bulbs. From the front of the vehicle, insert your short, flat (with bent tip) tool and simply pry them out. There are YouTube videos to illustrate. There are no directions included with the new lights. I had my stock lights out in 2 minutes and my new lights installed in 10 seconds. And they are durable, super bright, adjustable up and down and look great. They’re plug and play - just connect them to the OEM harness. Great value and highly recommended.

I was going to go with the $200 pair from Morimoto, and I’m glad I didn’t, because these work great! MUCH brighter than the stock fog lights, and they cast out wider. Very easy to install as well. Unless you have mammoth hands, don’t worry about taking the bumper off to install them. All you need is a 7/32 ratchet bit to peel back the wheel well covering, a phillips head screw driver to remove the fog light housing, and a trim removal tool or flat head screwdriver to pry the housing loose. 15-30 min install! Only con is if you have Auto start/stop, these will flicker quite a bit when your truck restarts.

Hi installation was pretty easy once removing the OEM ones. To make this a better product better install instructions would have been helpful the lights say left and right side on them. Left and right from the rear of the vehicale or looking from the front? Orientation what is top and bottom of the lights when installed would help with installation. Better instructions on how to hook up the day time running light option would benefit this product as well. I didn't opt for this. Over all they look good and help a lot in foggy conditions. Better than OEM. Only thing I don't like about these lights they are made in CHINa :(

My 2016 F150 Lariat OEM fog lights covers were cracked, I bought these to replace the housing and upgrade to higher quality light. While getting the old ones out take a bit of patience, these popped right in and emit a great pattern with good white light. Only negative I have for these are the screws that come with these lights. The bolts are fine thread making them hard to get started threading into the plastic, snap in receiver. After a couple tries, I switched back to the OEM bolts which had a course thread and they went right together. Great product so far.
