Concept was good waterproof , easy to connect good circuit breaker. Bad is the button is so easy to accidentally push. I have a cat that likes to rub on things and she will accidentally push the button. Also it doesn't grab the wire very firmly even when its tight, so flexing wires will cause grip to loosen. You need to add additional wire clips to make sure wires wont get loose/ ============================================ Update: +1 star Their customer service is good, For my situation the breaker is not good as I needed a normal circuit breaker for non wet situations. But I guess for a wet situation requiring an quick emergency shutoff this switch should work. ... show more

    • Failed to protect the battery

Before installing I just tried shorting the breaker across the battery briefly (less than a second) with a 20 gauge jumper wire. The device didn't trip but did let out smoke. The device should either have tripped, or handled the current through the jumper wire, but smoking isn't an option. You might ask if that is a legitimate test. Well, shorts across the battery are why we have circuit breakers, if they can't handle it then why do we have them? As always I manage to test this stuff after the return period. ... show more
