I liked how the skates can be adjusted to grow with his shoe size. However, my 10-year-old son used his skates three times and the third time both of the front stoppers came off. I just tried to screw them back on and the screw just keeps turning. I thought the tread inside of each skate was both stripped until I discovered the rattling inside. I had to take back wheels and the bottom off to get to the nut that allows you to screw the stoppers back on. I'm so glad I figured that out before I wrote a bad review. My son and I love the skates. Just needs a more durable front material to prevent the fabric from getting damaged when falling and stopping. Also, the back strap ripped off when he tried using it to help pull the skate onto his foot. ... show more

Everything seemed great when I got them until a noticed multiple rusted screws and nuts on what is supposed to be brand new - just out out the box - skates, there's even more than the pictures show. I don't even know what to do because I cannot manage a return. Extremely disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these as a Christmas present for my 11 year old daughter. When she was wearing them the first day was ok for the first 5 minutes. Then the front brake falls off as she’s riding them. We tried to screw it back on but it doesn’t work the screw keeps spinning and never tightens. Will be returning these!! Update: We returned them for a new pair. She has rode them several times with no issues. These are great skates. I changed the rating from one star to 5 stars. ... show more
