I had been looking for affordable, first time microscope for my 6 years old. I had returned 2 microscopes before because they were a bit hard to use for beginners and the image quality wasn't worth the price. This is my 3rd attempt buying microscope and we are so satisfied. It is easy to use, good value for the money. It is also so lightweight that my daughter can bring it everywhere and work independently after it is fully charged. It is mean as a stereo microscope, not compound microscope, BUT I have tried to put the glass slide with specimen and the result was amazing. It is definitely the best 1st microscope with the best price.

Purchased for my 4 year old son and it's been an amazing educational tool. We look at bugs, butterfly wings, bees, flowers, everything we find out in nature and on our walks. Very easy to use and set up. A must have for those growing, inquisitive minds.

This summer was "Science Summer" at out house. I made my son a science lab area which included this CIMELR LCD Digital Microscope. He loves it! It is easy to use and is great for kids! He wants to see everything he can under the microscope. It really encouraged him to continue learning during his summer break.

5 stars! We are coin collectors and bought this for looking at coins in detail. This microscope has adjustable zoom and a light. Rechargeable so it is very easy to use. You can rotate the image 180 degrees if you like too. We are very happy and would definitely recommend it for any number of uses!
