This laser level is great for the money. The only complaint I have is the adjustable mount for the laser. When secured to the bottom of the laser cube it doesn't hold it securely. It can twist. Installing a couple rubber pads keeps it from twisting. Also the thumb wheel used to raise and lower the level is loose and doesn't hold it in place. It allows the level to roll down and not stay in place. Laser level is great if you can use a different adjustable stand that will be better. 3/17/23 - Found it wouldn't charge. Pursued with [email protected]. Sent video showing my problem and they sent a replacement. It has a 3 year warranty and this was within the first year of ownership.

This is a very nice, compact and rechargeable self-leveling laser level with two 360 degree laser beams in a horizontal and vertical orientation. It comes in a nice package that contains the laser level in a custom cut foam zipper carrying case, a magnetic adjustable bracket, a USB-C cable and manual. This is not a flimsy device. It is plastic, but good quality plastic that feels sturdy and well constructed. I still wouldn't want to drop it. The membrane switch controls are simple and very easy to use, and the locking lever conveniently turns on and off the device - the locking lever is the large sliding switch that locks the lasers into place for safe transport. The USB-C charging port is covered by a flimsy rubber cover that keeps out the elements. Underneath is a 1/4-20 tripod connection. Before I placed my order, I watched a comparison video of the most popular levelers, and this one is as good as many of the top performers but with fewer extra features - most notably it only has two lasers and no plumb dot. Both of which I can live without. It's a basic tool with all the right features and accessories to handle most home improvement jobs. Also, almost all laser levels have small gaps in the laser beam that are caused by the corner posts of the protective housing over the laser itself. The gaps get larger or smaller depending on distance from the source, but it is not a defect, just a common design choice. One detail of the magnetic bracket that i really like is that it also has a hanging hole, and as you can see in the photo, the top of the hole is where the horizontal laser is, so you can drive a nail in the wall to hang the laser, and it will project the line exactly at the level of the nail - pretty slick! Pros: Sturdy build, compact, rechargeable, bright lasers, carrying case, magnetic bracket Cons: Only two lasers, no plumb dot Overall, this is a terrific product. I am very happy to have it in my toolbox. Five Stars!

I was looking for a laser level to help with some home renovation projects and this CIGMAN one seemed like a good fit. It's supposed to project nice bright green laser lines for leveling and alignment. When I started using it I noticed that the lines are definitely bright but I struggled a bit to get this thing positioned right. The bracket mount is kinda flimsy and doesn't hold the level steady. The laser itself works well though once you wrestle it into place. The different vertical and horizontal lines are handy to have. And I like that it's rechargeable so no worrying about batteries constantly. The remote is nice too for turning the lines on and off from across the room. Overall it does what it's supposed to at a budget price point. But the documentation is bare bones - had to figure most stuff out through trial and error. And the bracket mount really needs some beefing up to hold the unit securely. The laser lines themselves are great though. Does the job for basic homeowner leveling tasks but not exactly pro-grade heavy duty based on my experience so far.

After hanging a quite a few pictures in my lifetime, using a bubble levels, measuring tapes, even trying to just eyeball it, was still getting everything crooked. Decided to try this device out. This is a real game changer. Since acquiring this laser level, we went crazy in the picture hanging department. There isn't a speck of wall showing on any of our walls any longer, it is now all pictures. All straight hanging pictures. Simple to operate, fast to set up. Has a self leveling feature that makes using this nearly foolproof. There is a slide switch to lock and unlock the device's leveling system. It is recommended to lock the device when transporting or putting it away. It is easy to remember to do so, because that is also the way to shut the device off. The device can be used without unlocking the leveling function if you need to establish a line on an angle. Can turn either laser on or off (horizontal or vertical) or run them together at the same time. Can be used with a receiver (purchased separately) to cover greater distances outside. Well built, there is a solid feel to the device. Carrying case is also very well made, thick, protective foam padding inside. The included L-shaped bracket is handy for mounting the level. A excellent level. Think I'll head over to the neighbors to see if they need anything hung on their walls.
