This was definitely a cute set & works well though the colors are interesting. If your not sure you want to work with fimo clay I'd say it's a great starter kit to decide. Definitely worth the money for the color variety as well. Came quickly.

I got this as a gift for an 8 and 11 yr old, after few moths these are my pros and cons of this product: pros: - great for kids that are just getting started - easy to mold and in a soft to medium molding strength - this is a great option if you are looking for something that can help your kid with fine motor skills and strengthening their hand and finger muscles. Cons: - The clay doesn't stay very long it can easily get damaged and its very delicate if they are child is building something that requires pieces to stay together. - Some of the colors STAIN and bleed unto any surface specially the royal (deep blue) it took one of the girls days to come off her hands we ended up throwing it away. - Some of the clay can be too sticky gum like texture sometimes in room temperature, I would suggest to keep it cool or refrigerated in if you are in warm climates. ... show more
