  • Works
It's a cheap battery. The terminals leave a lot to be desired. Hope this one lasts for at least the summer in the wifes bike.

  • Still working
Got all I needed for less than dealing with local stores. Still holding up.

  • Negative terminal
Negative terminal was bent and the plastic locking tabs that holds the nut in place to prevent turning were broken

  • Check the polarity!
This is a great battery but the photo might lead you to believe it is (+-) but actually the positive post is on the right.

  • Not bad. Great price.
This is a great battery for the price. I would've given 5 stars if the posts were tapped and threaded. Not going to lie... instead of a tapped post, you have to work with a small nut that slides behind the post, and this added about 20 frustrating minutes to the install. However... for around 50 bucks... it was worth it. It came properly charged, and I have started my bike a few dozen times with it. It still cranks as strong as it did on the first start. ... show more

  • So far, so good
I have purchased three of these. I have waited to post a review as several motorcycle batteries I have purchased worked great for a couple of months, then they flatlined. The oldest is almost a year, then 6 months, and a month. So far, no problems from any of them. It was sized for my 4-wheeler, the other two, the size wasn't an issue, so I just bought the same one. One runs a winch on a trailer, and the other one is running a gate controller. Both of these are on solar chargers. They all maintain charge well. UPDATE: I would estimate that they are dying between 2-3 years each. I have replaced two of them. Normally, that would not rate five stars, but since these are the only motorcycle batteries that I have ever had that lasted longer than a year... 5 stars ... show more

  • Less Money and So Far Just As Good as OEM
I hate paying as much for a motorcycle battery as a larger for truck or boat. This is the lower cost solution to going to the Harley Dealer and getting ripped off for a battery made in Vietnam. The battery came double boxed and charged up to full charge in about 20 minutes. Now the Harley Heritage Softail starts without any more issues. I don't think they built a charging system on the HD's that keep your battery healthy. Never had this issue with Yamaha big bore 1900cc. Will rerate if it does not last long. ... show more
