We love our new chairs! They came packaged very well. Remember to NOT tighten any screw until all legs are on. Otherwise the legs may be off. We made that mistake but just had to loosen all the screws and level it again and it was perfect. Goes great with our new table! Seems very solid and the cushion so far is quite comfy. Great MCM inspired dining chair. I ordered a pair to try, and eventually ordered 8 total. Making sure to go slow when putting them together, and that all four legs are level prior to tightening anything down is crucial. I would also recommend in the following days after putting them together to go back through and retighten everything. If had these chairs for about a month and I really liked them. When they came 1 out of the 4 chairs was not aligning properly so we couldn't screw it in to attach the legs. I contacted customer service for the seller and they were pretty quick on helping me fix the problem. They actually didn't have the piece available and told me they were going to restock in a couple weeks.
