I wanted a large canvas bag for the 7 foot pencil tree and garland for my mantel. I hated stuffing the tree back into the original box each year. There is room to spare in this bag. I ordered this bag because I was so frustrated every year trying to fit my tree back into its box properly. I have a 7ft tree that is 48" in diameter with lights, pinecones, and berries. It separates into three pieces with a collapsible base. It fit easily with room to spare and barely pressing the "branches" down. I like that this is a canvas as opposed to the other ones I've seen that seem more like a tarp material. The canvas seems about the thickness of a standard duffle bag without the liner. The stitching and zipper seem good so far (although I wouldn't start pulling and tugging at the seams). I can't speak for the durability since I just got it, but for putting up on a shelf and storing, I can't imagine it will be falling apart any time soon. There is no form to it, which I knew and am completely ok with, but wanted to make note of for the sake of the review. It really is a massive tree duffle, which is perfect for us. ... show more
