It was fairly well packaged you could tell it had been dropped and banged around in shipping and because of that the one hinge was bent. It’s not a big deal it put it to the back of the tree and you can’t see it. Wood is light and soft so it’s not heavy or super sturdy but I don’t need it to be. It looks very nice and hides the cords and ugly artificial tree stand and poles. I’m very pleased with this. Super easy to put together and get under the tree it just took minutes and only 1 person.

So nice to have an item made from actual wood. The natural staining is very attractive with the artificial pencil tree I use that has berries and cones. I like that you can assemble without the screws for easier storage. I experienced excellent customer service from Glitzhome company when I had a concern with the order.

Love the rustic look, feels very high-quality, even down to the hooks that connect the two hinged pieces to form the box. It is stained a very nice color, a little lighter in tone that I had imagined but still looks amazing! Perfect final touch to my old-world Xmas tree, and to finish it off, I will be stuffing the box with some red and gold heavy fabric gathered at the top of the box and allowed to just spill over the top of the box, think it will be the perfect finishing touch!

Overall, this box looks great, but it is very flimsy for the price. Also, the holes where the latches go through to connect the pieces together were all smashed flat. I did not return this due to inconvenience. I was able to get the holes opened up after using an awl and a hammer. I was able to get it together well enough. I was disappointed when I opened it and saw the damage and the thin wood, but once fixed and put together, I do love the look of it.

It was a beautiful addition to my tree. I only wish it was 2”-3” inches taller to hold my tree branches up a bit further and make for more space under the tree. This was super easy to put together and I don’t think it required any screwing.

It was interesting to put together the screws are super tiny which I didn’t like, and the wood is to thin for wood screws.. even their smallest size! But did get it togther and I do like it a lot! Just have a tiny screw driver handy!

It arrived with the hinges bent and the foldable side screws coming out. Not worth the price. Only reason I kept it was it was so close to Xmas. Will purchase else where for next xmas. Don't recommend this seller.
