This was a really great activity for my son's 11th birthday party with a Christmas Theme. Kids ranged in ages from 5-12 years and all enjoyed and could complete with minimal adult support other than reading and demonstrating directions/steps. It took approximately 15 minutes. Adults need to "tie" the ends into bow shape and help with putting a knot in the ribbon for tree hanging. I found it most helpful to prepackage all the pieces for each child by putting them into sandwich bags. That was really helpful and cut down on needing to count everything out and make the kids bored at a party. I would make sure you do not count on making exactly 24 with this kit, you want extra parts. One green ribbon had a slight cut in it and I needed to get another for the child. Also, one child lost a bead so I replaced that. Overall, kids had a great time and it was pretty simple to make. These ornaments are fun to make, but the beads are subpar quality. Lots have irregular sides or pieces missing or plastic left in the center so you can’t string them. Worth a $10 try, but would probably look elsewhere for future crafting.
