Put on right after you put on your moisturizer before you start putting on your makeup, that way it has plenty of time to plump before you put on your lip liner, color, and lip gloss and it is as close to your lip as possible. You can put it over all of this, but the closer it can be actually to your actual lip skin, the better it works. Be sure to get it in your lip lines because it will plump where outside the lip lines and then sometimes it looks like you an allergic reaction if you go to far. So I have One that is more Saturated in color than this one. This one is more sheer , however I use a lipstick and out this over. Since I use a lip treatment. This works well this way . A bit pricey though

This is a perfect example of both "buyer beware" and "read the return policy before purchasing." The product color is given as "red." The product is orange; it is in no way red. "It instantly covers gray roots." Who wants orange roots? The box also says "new waterproof formula" - I had no problem wiping most of it off with a damp cloth. Now let's go to the terms of return I got, after letting me know the color was not what was expected: - Product must be in "its original, new/unused condition." Meh. Does a little tingle, doesn't really enhance lips *that* much, but I think when I use it I do see a marginal change. Different because Dior describes it more as a "treatment" than as an instant lip volumizer. Not a complete waste of money - it is a really nice, natural looking gloss.

I love this lip gloss and was surprised to find it available here. It looked like the wrong color (red) from the color I have bought in store but when it arrived it is the correct one. A beautiful deep pink.
