These are absolutely blackout curtains. Not a pair of room darkening curtains masquerading as blackout like some other brands do. These really work well. Unfortunately, as is the risk of buying things online, the material feel is not for me. It feels akin to outdoor tarp, plasticky, and rough. If I were buying curtains in person, there is no way I would have picked this up to buy because they do not pass my sensitive to unpleasant tactile sensory obstacles. Past that, the color is true to the listing, the specs are all correct, and they are very easy to hang... I just wish it felt like actual fabric and not plastic. If that's not important, I would recommend these as they do block out light well. If you are like me, though, I'd pass these up. ... show more

I find it difficult to find just the right curtains, the color, the size and texture. Luckily, these panels turned out great in my guest room. These are so well constructed, and are a thick texture and heavier in weight. The linen is so pretty and the color is a true tan/taupe color. Since it's a neutral, it literally coordinates with any decor. The grommets are well constructed, and the curtain hung very nice. These are blackout curtains, so they block out the sun and light.     • Can't get over chemical smell

I washed and ironed (twice!) and I can't get over the chemical smell, same as the wrinkles. Especially when I leave home and come back, still smell it and can't get rid of it. It gets worse when the sun is on them, feels like plastic. Others were complaining of the same issue.

These were perfect size to go on my guest bedroom window. Quality seems to be pretty heavy and great for the price. Definitely blacking out the light which was exactly what I wanted. Perfect size in width and length for my guest bedroom! Don’t seem to be too wrinkled!

These are high quality curtains. They are truly blackout. I put my flashlight directly on the back and you could not see it through the front. There are 2 panels in a pack. The texture is great and the color is accurate, they're dense but move nicely, well made and feel like fabric (not plastic). The grommets are big enough to fit a variety of rods but not overly big.
