Bought this for my 4 y.o. son. He's just over 34lbs and 44" tall... He loved the jacket so much that he refused to take it off (slept with on the 1st night). The strap that connects to the back has two clips on the front and is wide and padded so no sticking in unmentionable areas. Has the extra flap that keeps the head above water.. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

I honestly didn’t expect to love this swim vest as much as I do, but the Chriffer Kids Swim Vest has been a total win in our house. My son is right in the middle of the weight range and this fits him perfectly—not too snug, not too loose. The material feels sturdy and well-made, but still soft enough that he doesn’t complain about rubbing or irritation. What really sold me is how much confidence it gives him in the water. He’s still learning to swim, and within a few minutes of wearing this he was kicking, paddling, and having fun without clinging to me every two seconds. The vest keeps him afloat naturally without forcing him into an awkward position. He looks comfortable, he acts comfortable, and I feel a lot better knowing he’s got that extra layer of safety. The buckle is secure, the zipper stays put, and the overall design is kid-friendly and simple. We’ve used it in both the pool and at the beach, and it’s held up great each time. If you’ve got a kid anywhere in that 20–70 lb range and want something that’s safe but not bulky or annoying, this is a solid pick. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Best life vest for a toddler! I have tried so many and this one is quality, functional, and comfortable. Especially great for boat riding purposes. Toddler is 2 and 30-35 pounds. It was so good it made me want to write a review for all parents looking for the right life vest!

I purchased 2 of these for my 2 and 5 yr old grandchildren. These flotation devices flipped them over every time they got in the water. They were face down, could NOT get them to hold the children up right or on their backs. The sizes were a perfect fit but a waste of money. These children are water bugs and were so upset that they couldn’t play without being flipped over and thinking they were drowning. So so very disappointed!! I can’t understand all of the good reviews and the cost of these 2 pieces of crap!! PURE JUNK!!
