I just received the stamp a few days ago, so I can't comment yet on durability. However, the quality of the stamp is AMAZING! I uploaded a good quality graphic which had to be in shades of black and gray. This company produced a highly detailed black and white stamp that is perfect. It takes a little practice to use the right amount of pressure when stamping, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Great quality, super fast. I bought the 2 inch round custom stamp to use in my classroom. I ordered May 6 and received the stamp May 12. It looks great! It rendered our school logo with initials and mascot really well. I also used a delicate and thin font for my name, and that turned out lovely, too! Thank you so much! Y'all... I typically forget to write reviews for products that I buy for business use. Today, I made it a point to leave a review. It's THAT good! We use paper bags for our giveaway items, and I have wanted to stamp our logo on them for a long time. I finally remembered in enough time to get it before our biggest festival of the year! I ordered this stamp, almost at the last minute, hoping for the best. I uploaded my image, forgot to use the one without color, and purchased it. I didn't realize until later what I had done. But let me tell you, even though I messed up, the company got it right! I am so thrilled! I will be ordering another one since we will be stamping 2000 bags this week alone 🥳

I don't recommend you buy from this company. I purchased a stamp and the final image was blurry and the text was unreadable. Per their recommendations I made changes to my actual logo because I was told it would work better. The second stamp they sent doesn't lay down ink consistently. There are white gaps in the impression and it won't provide a clean image no matter how many times I try. On top of that, the replacement they sent me was a different version from the one I originally ordered, but I was willing to let it go if the actual stamp worked. Which it did not. When I asked for a refund because of the quality, I was told no. They claimed it was user error. This was meant to be used for my business and instead I'm left with a stamp I can't use. It doesn't look professional and I'm not willing to put it on any of my products. Please don't make the same mistake I did. You will be left with a product you can't use and and be blamed for using the stamp wrong, rather than it being an issue with their product. I also recommend you read the other low reviews for these stamps. It seems that either their product is bad quality, or a lot of us can't figure out how to use a stamp.

The stamp works good with a consistent print but it is a little smaller than I expected. Also, it doesn't include the circle around your logo. I didn't realize you have to request the lines until it was delivered and I went back to the item listing to confirm this. Somehow I missed this in the description when I ordered it. They did a good job duplicating my logo and it's clear but very small. I went with the circle stamp because I liked the circle around it. Had I realized it didn't come with the circle lines, I would have ordered the larger square size. Be sure to read the fine print twice to catch all the details.
