Instead of receiving my test results, I received a text message on my phone telling me that in order to get my results I needed to phone Amaze Health for a 15 minute phone call. Seems like a sales pitch for this Amaze Health so I never bothered to get my results. I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars after receiving my results today via email.     • Easy-to-use at home test for liver health
Very easy-to-use at-home kit that provides lots of important lab results just from finger-prick blood. I wanted a reading of liver- and general metabolic health between annual physicals and labs. Was impressed with my first-time use of this kit and how quickly results were reported and in a very easy-to-interpret form. The only issue I had is that instructions call for "4 drops of blood" to fill the required area on the card until blood seeps to a guide line. It took several more large drops (will count next time).     • Poor customer service. Waste of money
Takes way more than a few drops of blood. My blood didn’t fill the card and I emailed asking what I should do. 3-4 days later I get a response that said to send it in anyway. When they received it I got an email that said they couldn’t test my sample and they were sending me a replacement. Four weeks later I still have not received the replacement and my emails to customer service are ignored. But I do get daily emails from them trying to sell me more kits. ... show more

    • Unable to Get Lab Results if you live in NEW YORK state area
I purchased this test kit to understand my liver health better as I have an extensive family history of liver-related, health complications. However, I didn't realize residing in New York would prohibit me from receiving test results. Very disappointed and unable to use this.
