I love love love these barstools they look beautiful. They are super comfortable. They are super durable. Everyone who sees them comments how nice they look. They swivel all the way around. They were super super easy to put them together. Turn them upside down and bolt the top to the bottom all there is to it. They look much more expensive than they are. They feel very sturdy. Nice white faux leather wipes off very easily. I am so happy with the purchase. I will say they are sized differently on different websites but they are all the same manufacture and that is why I took pictures with a measuring tape so you can see the exact measurements when they were put together. We've been looking to replace some chairs for over a year. (Thanks cats for clawing the life out of the old chairs.) We've been to every furniture store in our area and to some stores in not so nearby areas too. We then tried Ikea, Home Sense, Home Goods, Home Depot, department stores, etc. All without luck. We then decided to give these a go. Can always return right? Well surprise surprise - these chairs look and feel better than expected. The appear well made and are comfortable. They swivel easily. all 4 legs on all 4 chairs are even! Assembly was straight forward, not too lengthy, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Moreover, the packing for these things was well thought out and executed. They were packed so they could really hold up to the shipping. That indicates some care and attention to detail to me. While I cannot comment on the longevity of the chairs (I just put 4 of them together this morning), I've been impressed with everything else so far. ... show more

I found it difficult to get the screws in without an electric drill. On the second chair I tightened the bolts for the legs more securely before attempting the screws and this helped, but I would recommend having a power tool handy. I had to replace other barstools, that while pretty, broke down within a year of purchasing from use. I shopped around quite a bit before purchasing two of these. I had to get on here to provide a review, as I'm surprised these aren't more highly touted! Very easy to assemble - comes with the tool needed, and you just need to tighten the screws to secure the two pieces together. Pro tip: rotate the piece that swivels, so that you can more easily access each screw as you move one by one. The bottom legs are very thick & sturdy - they feel much more stable than the previous barstools I had. The seat is plush and looks much more expensive than they are - I have been sitting in them for part of my work day, and had been super comfy sitting for long periods. I ordered 4 of these counter stools to replace 8 year old ones that were starting to show wear. I would have reordered the same ones if they had still been available. They were very attractive and so comfortable. These stools are very nice looking, but not all that comfortable. To begin with, they are about one inch too tall for the proper height to eat at the counter. The back is too straight and give me a backache after sitting in them for any length of time. They are also slightly short seated and very slippery. I am 5'5" and my husband is 5'10". I ordered them in black. The media could not be loaded. We've had these for about 6 weeks now and love them. I spent way too much time searching for a great product and finally found it with these stools. Was looking for something durable, comfortable and a still that swivels. They're easy to clean, look pretty high-end and are super comfy to sit in. Our kitchen table is our oversized island so we spend quite a bit of time sitting on these stools. No sore backsides with these! I was super leery about buying them online, but after reading many of the reviews I ordered them. If you do, you won't be disappointed! Assembly was pretty easy. It took my handy husband and I about 1.5 hours to get them done. We used loc-tight while putting them together. Hub's idea.
