Absolutely beautiful, extremely comfortable and SO easy to assemble. I saw a few reviews stating assembly was difficult, I am so glad I still ordered them, I am a 75 yr lady and it took MAYBE half an hour to put each chair together by myself. I was thrilled with the quality and comfort, the only drawback was the color, it states it as "creamy grey" it looks more of a beige but since it is such a great product and still matches my kitchen, I decided to keep it. chita bar stools came today. First there were two stools in one box which surprised me. They were really pack as well as anything I've ever received. No damage at all. I took the first stool out, Seat and swivel were already assembled. Found the legs and all the parts and pieces. took them all out-looked for instructions but didn't find them. I figured out what went where and assembled the first one. Of course I didn't get it all right and had to do it twice. Working with the little furnished allen wrench was **##** difficult. Took the second stool out of the box "son of a gun" there were the instructions stuck to the side on the box behind the second stool. Of course by now I didn't need instructions. I'm a pro, I've put one stool together twice. Second chair went together much easier. There are a couple of tools that made a difference. A battery drill driver for the phillips screws and I scratched around in my shop until I found a small ratchet allen wrench. Bottom line - Five stars. The quality of the stools even satisfied my wife. They feel very sturdy. We're Happy ... show more

These barstools were what I hoped they would be. We bought the dining chairs to match and are pleased with them, too. They are well made, easy to put together (husband had to help with final tightening of the screws, but simple instructions). They are comfortable and match our remodeled kitchen finishes very well. We received these chairs with no hardware, and no legs. I contacted the company immediately, and they sent us 2 new full sets immediately! Customer service was great, and the chairs are beautiful! We will definitely be ordering from them again.

    • Can’t complete assembling chairs due to defective leg

One of the legs has the holes incorrectly lined and the bolt will not line up to tighten. I emailed the seller two days ago and have had no confirmation the are going to do anything. The chairs are very nice otherwise. I want to keep them, but at the present time have only one I can use.
