I didn't realize this before they arrived, but if you buy the bundled set of 2 barstools it actually comes in the SAME SIZE box as a single barstool. Yet both boxes are sized perfectly for their contents with no empty space. How can this be ? !? Easy: with the single barstool option, the legs are already pre-assembled, and so you only need to make a single attachment (the seat to the pre-assembled leg assembly). With the 2 barstool bundle, however, the 8 component parts of the leg assembly must also be assembled by you, the buyer. We needed 5 chairs, so I bought 1 of the single barstools (w/ legs pre-assembled) and 2 sets of the 2-chair bundles. I saved $50 per barstool this way on 4 of our new stools (vs the single barstool price), but it took an extra 10 minutes or so (max) per barstool for final assembly on these 4 stools, vs buying the single barstool. (actually, the FIRST one I had to assemble from scratch took an extra 15 minutes, but then after the learning curve the next 3 took well < 10 minutes extra each vs the more expensive/ more pre-assembled stool. The instructions were VERY EASY/ simple, and I almost preferred this so I could personally tighten every single bolt myself just so, to ensure there were NO loose ones. The Saddle Brown color matches our "ginger glaze" maple kitchen cabinets perfectly, and the dark brown legs match all of the distressed marks the cabinet maker used to stain the detail accents in the millwork. I weigh 290 lbs and my brother in law weighs 280; these stool LOOK GREAT, are very comfortable, and are super solid, and will last for years. In fact I sought out THIS (CHITA) brand because my stand-up desk stool with identical design has been used by me for several years, for hours per day, and still is not the least bit "wobbley". Consider us very happy customers...highly recommended!

I spent quite a bit of time looking on a number of websites for counter height bar stools. These bar stools were cheaper on amazon than on another website and had great reviews. I took a chance and ordered them. The arrived on time, in perfect condition and only took about 30 minutes each to put them together. They do sit a bit firm but I don't mind. I love the 360 degree swivel and they look great in my kitchen!! I would definitely recommend them!

I really love these stoles. Not only are they attractive, they were easy to assemble, they’re light weight and they’re comfortable. Took appx 30-45 minutes to assemble both chairs - it would have been much quicker with a power drill ( I hand screwed the wood screws.) I’m a little worried about the long term durability of the legs, however. They seem to be made from a wood composite, not solid wood, but so far so good. We’ll see how they stand up to small children who love to climb all over everything. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of this product. Definitely worth the cost.

Chairs are awesome. Ordered a gray and a cream and they gray did not go well in my kitchen. I wanted to exchange for an additional cream one and although their policy says they accept returns, they do not. I had multiple exchanges back and forth where the company told me I should give the chair to someone else and they will give me a discount on it. They never once offered to return and refund the chair, despite advertising the 30 day return policy on their site. I didn't even open the chair up all the way so there was zero sign of use etc and they still did not want to return it. I ended up going through Amazon to get a refund.

I really like these CHITA barstools as I recently purchased my 2nd set of four. The first four in July 2021 were completely assembled and this dark blue set required simple assembly. However, I experienced buyer’s remorse. Against the dark blue, the nailhead was just too much. I’d already discarded 2 boxes and didn’t want the hassle of buying boxes, etc etc so I proceeded to return 2 of the stools. The seller offered to provide a pre-paid Fed-Ex label but at the end of the day, seller offered a discount that I couldn’t refuse and I ended up keeping all 4 stools. The seller really really works with the customer. I plan on purchasing 2 more stools without the nailhead!!

I purchased 4 of these in the pu leather off white. The packaging was impeccable best I have ever seen. They are very sturdy and get plenty of compliments. I ordered these in November didn't get around to assembling them till mid December when we moved to our newly constructed home. My one complaint is that the vynle seems to be coming apart on one of the chairs near the rear corner see picture above. I would like to get it repaired or replaced.
