chita bar stools came today. First there were two stools in one box which surprised me. They were really pack as well as anything I've ever received. No damage at all. I took the first stool out, Seat and swivel were already assembled. Found the legs and all the parts and pieces. took them all out-looked for instructions but didn't find them. I figured out what went where and assembled the first one. Of course I didn't get it all right and had to do it twice. Working with the little furnished allen wrench was **##** difficult. Took the second stool out of the box "son of a gun" there were the instructions stuck to the side on the box behind the second stool. Of course by now I didn't need instructions. I'm a pro, I've put one stool together twice. Second chair went together much easier. There are a couple of tools that made a difference. A battery drill driver for the phillips screws and I scratched around in my shop until I found a small ratchet allen wrench. Bottom line - Five stars. The quality of the stools even satisfied my wife. They feel very sturdy. We're Happy

These kitchen bar stools sold by Chita are the by far the best. The leather is very soft and they are very comfortable. The back is the perfect height for all. This company stands out from the rest. They truly understand the word customer service. I had a problem with 1 of the chairs. They quickly worked with me throughout the entire process to resolve the issue. They sent updates and kept the line of communication open. In todays world companies like this one are rare. Chita is a GEM. Thank you for being an outstanding company in every way.

These chairs were easy to assemble, it took about an hour and a half. The instructions were easy to follow, all the tools necessary were included, and looked beautiful when assembled. The faux leather is not cheaply made and does not look faux. Very happy with my purchase. Would by again. I removed one star only because I am short and if the base isn't sitting in the right direction, my feet will not reach the support.

Seem well made a durable. Comfy and stylish. Just make sure you get the right height. I didn’t but good with it. Having a socket style Allen wrench would have made assembly much easier as the L wrench is awkward in a tight space. Didn’t even have to level the legs as it leveled perfectly after assembly.

One of the chrome nail head trim accents was not applied correctly as evidenced by the photo. Instead of going thru a lot of inconvenience I removed the nail head and straightened the nail it self and reset it and now it looks great. I would definitely buy these again, very comfortable and easy to assemble.

Very nice and worth the price. Ordered 6 barstools and two of the legs had no pre drilled anchor for non skid/non scratch floor attachments that was sent to place on bottom of stool feet…. Otherwise I’d rate a 5 star easily !
