This bean bag has a good quality. I wish i can share it the video i posted in monatology YouTube because you can see the exact product. This is not a bean bag but has a better quality fillings. It is heavy and bigger than i expected. I love it when i am watching tv in the living room, reading books and i even sleep on this night or day naps. No funny smell. It is warm and better during cold months. It is well packed and delivered. I will recommend this if you are looking for a cocoon to rest or relax. ... show more

So after waiting a fair amount of time (2-3) months, my bean bag chair never truly filled out. It was flat as a pancake, which was a disappointment because of how nice the washable cover is compared to the yucky one I had back in high school! Upon leaving a bad review of such an expensive flat pancake, I was sent a big box of extra memory foam innards and a complementary neck pillow!! This is worth five stars to me for sure (although if they added the filling in the first place it would remove the need for bad reviews in the first place, just saying) ... show more

There are several things I would like to mention. First, I was very hopefull when i opened box. They should mention, it should be put in whatever room you will be using it, it has swollen to the point it wont smush through my doorway. Also, they should put some type of handles on it as once it is open, it grows to weigh too much for anyone to move alone, unless rolling or struggling. Also, it stays so hard and firm, it does nothing like the pics or video, you stay on the top and unless you work at it, you will not sink or be comfy. One last thing, should have a warning label.. "Not for people over 55" as i have tried sitting on it several times and have been lopsided and rolled right out of it. I presently have my kids, 28 and 33 trying to break it in. I cant even regift to someone because no one has car big enough to take it. Could get a uhaul if i could get it out the door! ... show more

This has been a disappointment. I followed the directions, and visually I was impressed with the expansion. However, there is still a lot of excess room in the liner. When I sit or lay down, I’m practically on the floor. I tried various positions of the lounger, but there is no support. When I decided to unzip the liner to see if I can break up and or add more foam, I found the outer zipper broken. I was able to unzip the outer zipper only to find the inner zipper goes the same direction and cannot be accessed to unzip. So I can’t add more foam. Also, the cover I received is not even Chocolate; it’s tan. I don’t want to have to return this item, but I don’t know if I have any other options. I’ve contacted the manufacturer so will see what happens. Update: so the zipper is done that way to prevent children from opening it. Spouse was able to use a safety pin to get it open. Sounds like the company will be sending me extra foam. I’ll update again if/when that happens. I’ve added a star since the customer service department responded so quickly. More foam arrived and made all the difference. Really love the lounge chair now. Would have given it five stars except the hassle of filling with more foam. ... show more

    • 6' lounger looks like a donut (UPDATED)
When I bought this on Feb 1, 2021, most of the reviews were great, or showed great customer service. Now I see several reviews who must have bought theirs around the same time, all with the same issue I'm experiencing. It arrived a couple of days early. We followed the directions, even other review recommendations, to try to make sure it would fluff to its best potential. But what should be a long tube shape looks more like a flat round pancake. It is about 6" off the ground, and if you lay on it, you definitely hit the floor. The cover appears to be the right shape, just not nearly enough filling. Maybe half of what it should have. Obviously, it's expanded to a point it won't fit back into a box to ship it back. Otherwise, this looked very promising as we removed it from the box. The Chocolate Micro-suede removeable cover is definitely a chocolate brown, matching the images Amazon offers. The micro suede texture is soft, and seems well made. There is a very ample zipper opening for taking it off and putting it on. The inner lining is pre-stuffed with vacuum packed foam, wrapped in a large plastic bag, and then has an outer shipping bag that holds it into the shape of the box. If you have a sensitive nose or respiratory system, this does have an odor. It's not overpowering, and I can't smell it in the same room, but if I am rolling the bag and attempting to help it fluff, the chemical smell is quite noticeable next to it. We removed the outer shipping bag, set the plastic bag with the inner liner into the cover, then pulled the plastic bag off, and started to pull the inner fluff apart to help it expand. We 'rolled' the lounger every 20 minutes after zipping it up, and It seemed to be expanding at a great rate, until it just... stopped. UPDATE: We talked by phone with someone at Chill Sack. They say to give the sack a full 5 days to expand, for anyone else who worries about theirs. For us, 5 days still did not get it up to the size it should be, but instead of a 6" tall pancake, we did fluff to a 16" tall donut. We made another call to them, and after sending photos and order details, they agreed we are missing some stuffing and will be sending some out. Will update once it arrives (and expands). ***Fingers are crossed!*** ... show more

    • Affordable alternative to LOVESAC
I am in love with this sac. I sold my LOVESAC to a friend years ago and instantly regretted the decision when I moved to a bigger home that could have easily accommodated it. Fast forward to me finding the Chill Sack - this is an amazing alternative and cost just a fraction of the price of a LOVESAC. I will say that you will need to purchase some additional foam if you want it to be as comfortable as a real LOVESAC. Anyhow, I love it and I am sure you will too. ... show more
