Ordered this for our little guy due this month - so while we’ve sat in it and tested it out, we have used used it yet. We are much more impressed with the item than we thought we would be. It’s actually really comfortable - and at such a great price! Took one star off because we ordered the gray, and ended up with a tan/brown color. The company corrected right away and we had our correct item within a week. Once assembling the correct item we noticed there are 2 pieces of hardware missing - which is why I removed one star. Overall - easy to assemble, comfortable, really affordable price (note that if you’re tall your head far exceeds the backrest - I’m 5’7 and my husband is 6’2. Unable to return item after 30 days. It was bought for a couple’s baby shower…they didn’t have the baby for 6 more weeks and it is too large for the nursery where they tried to use it. It’s under 3 months so it should be able to be returned. Not happy.

***Update, 2022, still going strong. Having a hard time convincing hubby to let the chair go at this point because we no longer need it.*** Love this chair, can't beat the price and great quality. We have used it every day, multiple times a day for over three months. The only chair I could find that was large enough for my husband, he is 6'6". The ottoman is pre-assembled and had a couple broken pieces where the wood is just split where the screws went in. Very likely from before it was packaged so it’s not as inspected and verified as they claim. One of the arms had the same issue so I’m going to have to sand it down so no one gets hurts but it and the still functioned and I wasn’t about to pack the thing back up after all that effort. ... show more
