This little chair is so convenient! I wish it folded up smaller and was more portable but I do still recommend it. Better than those restaurant high chairs and half the size! It’s easy to install on any table and sturdy enough that I don’t worry about my baby falling.

I have a 32lb 14 month old and this works very well for our small kitchen. It is much easier to clean up the mess he makes during meal times because I'm not having to waipe down an entire chair and move it around. I can just sweep underneath. I got this because it was the only clamp-on seat I could find that looked like it could fit over our table’s wooden skirt/trim. It fits very well and hasn’t failed us yet. Our 17 month old loves his seat! I would love it a lot more though if it were easier to clean- this thing is a pain in the cleaning department. The fabric doesn’t wipe clean at all, and its fairly coarse texture grips everything my son gets on it. Spills always concern me because the board that goes inside the bottom of the seat to provide support is easily stained/damaged by liquids. I’d feel better about it if it had some sort of protective coating on it, or if the fabric of the seat was something waterproof and sleek so it would be easy to wipe down and wouldn’t soak through to the board on a bad spill. I also dislike how tough it can be to detach the arms- once food has been jammed around the tiny little buttons, they can be really difficult to push in. I love how secure it is, just wish it utilized a more user-friendly mechanic for easier intentional removal. I’d rather pull a lever or something than hurt my fingers trying to push in those teensy buttons while sliding out the pole. The straps are completely useless- they are sewn in such a weird position and offer zero security. It needs a five point harness system, or a proper lap belt at a minimum. The current straps just go around my son’s middle, and the crotch strap is so loose and non-adjustable so there aren’t actually any straps applying any sort of resistance against him. He can literally just pull his feet into the seat, stand up, and crawl out. He has been able to climb out of these straps from day one. Takes all of about five seconds, even when they’re as tight as we can get them. We have to just monitor him and stay close by to physically keep him from falling out. ... show more
