UPDATE: I've had the keyboard for about six months, and I love the feel and keys, but I'm pretty frustrated by the calculator button. The calculator launches randomly, dozens of times a day. Many times when I'm not even touching the keyboard. I'm sure it's the keyboard doing it too, because when I disconnect the dongle, it doesn't launch. Before the key started doing it on its own, I only touched the calculator button a couple times. None of the other keys launch by themselves, just the calculator. It sucks because when it happens, it interrupts my writing, which really takes me out of the zone. I'm changing my rating from five stars to three, because I feel like I wasted $100 because of one stupid key. ↓ Original review ↓ OMG I love this keyboard! I'm replacing a wired Apple keyboard that I loved, but I don't own a Mac anymore, so I figured I'd shop around for something nice that doesn't have the Apple logo on it. After 3 terrible off-brand economy keyboards, I decided to try something new. I'd never heard of Cherry (I'm not a gamer) but I'm SO GLAD I bought this keyboard. The travel and strike feel BETTER than my Apple kb, the spacing is perfect, the lights are subtle and non-invasive, the chassis is nice and rigid, and it can connect to my machine in THREE different ways, and the keys are QUIET so I can type during zoom calls without sounding like I'm tap dancing off-screen. I am in love with this keyboard! The magnetic riser is a nice detail, and the black tissue paper was a great luxury touch. I mainly use this keyboard and mouse for work from home tasks, and for those, they are exceptional. I keep looking for reasons to type just so I can keep thumping these keys. I never leave reviews this long, but I just can't stop typing! If you want a luxury keyboard experience in a slim, not-too-expensive package, this is it.

Update 2/22/2023: There is one thing I dislike about this keyboard: It does not have a Play/Pause key even though it does have two Alt keys and a Pause/Break key that has no effect on videos. I don't dislike anything about this combo. The keyboard position with my palms/wrist resting on the tray (with no wrist wrest) works well for me. The keyboard is laid out in what I feel is classis, so that most keys are where I feel used to with a couple of exceptional improvements, e.g., the padlock key, which instantly hides screen content and requires facial recognition or a passcode to resume to what the typist was doing before the key was pressed. Vol-down, Mute, Vol-up, and Calculator keys are at the upper right-hand corner of the layout. All keys perform equally well and have exactly the same feel characteristics. My version of this Cherry is a black keyboard with white characters, which produces high contrast and works well with the overhead LED bar light that that clamps onto the monitor and negates the need I previously felt to have an illuminated keyboard. I could not be more pleased with my keyboard/mouse functionality. Being wireless makes for convenience and tidiness. Optional connectivity includes Bluetooth or one-dongle Radio is nice. Not enough use to weigh in on battery recharge life for either keyboard or mouse. I recommend this peripheral combo.

Really nice keyboard and mouse. I was unlucky and mine had a key break shortly after i got it. I was able to get in touch with Cherry and they immediately sent me a replacement- no problems at all. I received it today. Thank you to them for the help!

I debated whether to get a cheaper keyboard/mouse combo or buy the Cherry model. I know you get what you pay for but my reasoning was that I could have 2 or 3 cheapies for the price of the Cherry. I'm so glad I went with quality over quantity. What a BEAST! And a BEAUTY! The keyboard is solid, comfortable and very responsive. The buttons are right where they need to be with no wasted space. I have had it about a month and a half now, working 40+ hours a week, and neither the mouse nor keyboard have had to be charged yet. Speaking of the mouse, it is really comfortable, not too big and bulky but not too small either. It has adjustable DPI and a nice feel to the rubber wheel. Plus it just looks fantastic and classy. The keyboard is heavy enough and has rubber on the bottom to never slide as I type. I could not be happier with this purchase! I HIGHLY recommend the Cherry keyboard/mouse combo. Spend the extra money and get a quality product that won't be disposable.

I bought this set and it worked ok, not great (see review below). Then after a few weeks the mouse stopped responding. Charged it, tried on other devices - no help. I contacted their support and they were reasonably responsive, and sent me a new keyboard/mouse set. Again, it worked ok, not great - still missed keystrokes, and some keys just didn't work at all (the right ctrl doesn't function). Then AGAIN the mouse dies after a few weeks. Clearly Cherry has quality control issues they need to address. If this were $30, I'd say it's generally worth it but you get what you pay for. But at $99, I definitely would not recommend this product. ORIGINAL REVIEW Easy set up, looks good, nice tactile feedback on the keys. Biggest issue is that it occasionally misses keystrokes when I'm typing quickly - this is not something that ever happened on my Logitech wireless keyboard or my cheapy generic brand wireless keyboard. I'm connecting using the RF dongle, so maybe the Bluetooth connection is more solid.

I got this for one of my staff. She loved the colors and feel of this keyboard. They key stroke is smooth and the noise is minimal. The wireless feature makes for a clean desk and no fuss routing the wires or when moving it around. No issues with battery life, we plug it into the computers USB cable to charge it once every several weeks and have.never ran out of power. It's been going strong doe 4 months I hope it lasts for years!
