  • Great for keeping things black
This stuff is a mix of your usual rubber/plastic restorer and some sort wax/sealant form their “hydro” line. It works great for keeping blacks dark and glossy, and NOT greasy. If your looking to “restore” old faded blacks definitely use a full on restorer instead.

  • Wow
Chemical guys is really hit or miss sometimes, but wow is this stuff good. Only new a few sprays on a sponge on clean plastic and this stuff soaks right in. My 7 year old black plastic is looking brand new. Not greasy at all and is now quite slick which should help keep bugs off. Well worth the money. ... show more

  • Meets and exceeds expectations
I normally purchase from brands oriented towards professional detailers(Gyeon, CarPro, SB3, etc), but I needed an all in one for tires and trim at the last minute. Never really preferred Chemical Guys, but this product from them has met and exceeded my expectations. It’s a semi-gloss formula, and does a surprisingly good job for dressing tires and restoring trim to a like-new, dark, low luster black finish. It’s not greasy, and resists rain and the elements fairly well without washing off or fading again. My only complaint is that it is pretty runny, so I HIGHLY recommend a good microfiber applicator. Note: this is not a one and done restoration solution. Expect to apply this product multiple times to achieve the desired result. I found that after 3 washes and a somewhat liberal application after each that I was able to achieve a restored trim and tire look. Expect to thoroughly and properly clean contaminants off of your vinyl, rubber, or plastic before your first application. ... show more

  • It works!
Apply this to your plastic or rubber on your vehicle and it will drastically make it look new over time. It's not an overnight fix or repair but after 2-3 applications over a 3 month period, you will notice a drastic improvement. After the initial applications, you shouldn't have to reapply but about twice a year. ... show more
